Pool Area

The Gardens
The owners have spent ten years lovingly cultivating the grounds. There are three distinct types of garden. First is the organic vegetable garden, close to the house. It is built up in rendered terraces - attractive as well as functional. The second garden surrounds the house and is enclosed within a protective fence shielding it from the numerous potoroos, wallabies and wildlife surrounding the park like grounds. This inner garden has an inbuilt irrigation system and consists of stone walkways, rock walls, sculptures, waterfalls and pools.
The outside garden is landscaped parkland and consists of about 15 of the total 70 acres. The 70 acres is aerial only and the actual land area is much more. It includes an organic fruit orchard of many varieties - avocado, citrus, coffee, apple, pear and custard apple to name a few. The Rainforest
